Very polite workers, great clothes, very popular in my school! Everyone comes here usually for the shirts or hoodies, sometimes there's a line so watch out. Nice service too.

I was in Waikiki from March 26 to April 7. Here is some advise if you want to be guaranteed a Stussy Honolulu t-shirt. Be in line by atleast 630am. You will be able to buy a t-shirt. But it will also depend on how many people are ahead of you to actually get your size. I've lined up about 3 of days I was there. First day I got an army green in large, but navy and black sold out just before my turn to walk in. Another day I lined up at 730am all t-shirts sold out by the time I got in around 1130am. They only had hoodies, crewnecks, and zip up hoodies left and sizes were selling out fast. 3rd day I tried I got there around 620am. There was a good 15 people ahead of me. I got the colors and sizes I wanted. You are limited to only 3 Honolulu items only. Take note most of the people in the front of the line are usually purchasing the white or black t-shirt. You may have a shot at the navy or army green. Short summary. Be in line by atleast 630am and you should be able to get a t-shirt. Any time after that good luck getting a t-shirt. Let alone one in your size. Things maybe different when you go. But this was my experience from the 12 days I was in Waikiki.

Staff are super kind and chill. The chapter tee was already sold out, staff informed me that I would have to line up very early as it gets sold out quickly!

Honestly, my wife and I have never run into any kind or friendly staff from Stüssy stores including Honolulu, Osaka and Tokyo until this visit. The staff named “Julie” was super friendly and sweet to us, which made our experience very satisfying. Also, the other store clerks were kind. I hope they keep this customer service quality stay the same. Very pleasant experience :)

Came here Aug 30th (Saturday). Go past the Harry Winston store and through the entrance that says Royal Hawaiian Plaza. Stussy store is on the left and the line starts at the back of the building. Waited from around 11:20am to 1:20pm. They let people in batches at a time, the store associate will give you a green card meaning you can move forward to the part of the line at the front of the store. Honolulu tshirts were out by the time I got there. Still had long sleeves, pullovers, and hoodies available in most sizes and colors. Some medium items were sold out. Workers were kind and helpful, obviously a bit stressed because of all the customers asking for things. Got a Honolulu exclusive long sleeve t shirt ($55) and a pullover hoodie ($135?)

We waited in line for about 25 minutes. Unfortunately, the special Honolulu t shirts were already sold out, and only long sleeves were left in very large sizes. I picked up an XL long sleeve I think it was worth it. The store has a nice atmosphere and the staff were attentive. I can recommend this shop.

Stood in line about two hours as I came in on a whim last minute. Was able to score three Honolulu branded shirts. Staff were all super helpful and professional. Everything was very efficient. If you don’t mind waiting in line, the quality of the product is very good. Materials feel good and durable.

Waited about an hour starting at 9:20am, got zip up sweatshirt i wanted in navy, and seemed there was still stock when i left although running out of sizes in the t-shirts, with still a long lineup outside... was raining today so maybe shorter lineup, but on a superbowl Sunday 😀 staff was very helpful and friendly! …

I've shopped at stussy in many countries, but this was easily one of the best experiences I've had. Even though the store was very busy (I visited two days in a row), the staff were friendly and helpful whenever | asked for assistance. Big shoutout to the tall staff member who helped me today. he was extremely kind and patient, helped me find the right size, and even compared options for me since I was buying a gift. Really appreciate that

The store layout is simple and well organized, which makes it easy to browse through the collections. Racks feature a mix of graphic tees, hoodies, hats, and other staple pieces that the brand is known for. The designs maintain the classic Stüssy style that blends surf, skate, and street culture influences. One thing that makes this location interesting is the connection between the brand and Hawaii’s surf culture. Stüssy originally emerged from surf roots in California, and seeing the brand represented in a place like Waikiki feels very fitting.
